Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We currently use Microsoft Teams company wide for all our conferencing needs including internal collaborating on projects and events. Teams helps us create separate workgroups to tackle upcoming presentations and reviews which helps tremendously over sending hundreds of emails and copying each employee. It has been a significant time save during this time we are mostly working from home.
- Real time team collaboration on projects and events
- Video & audio conferencing both internal and external
- Seamless sync ability with Microsoft applications
- Memory usage when actively sharing Microsoft applications to a team
- Start up time and overall speed of application
- Lack of ability to Group chats based on similar projects
- Instant video & audio conferencing on demand
- Project collaboration on PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Group chats with coworkers
- Viva Insights help showcase daily reminders and important follow-ups
- Saving hours of repetitive exchanging of files between coworkers
- Video conferencing helps bring a personal feel to conference calls
- Insights allow us to be more efficient with our daily routines
Microsoft Teams edges above the conferencing competition by allowing file collaboration and ongoing group chats with coworkers. We selected Microsoft Teams for all our video & audio conference calls for it's ability to integrate with our Outlook client and make it easy for employees to always have it running in the background. Scheduling meetings directly in the Outlook application saves time compared to using a non Microsoft alternative and copying/pasting the meeting link into a calendar invite.
