Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
At the City of New Braunfels we [use] Microsoft 365 with Teams. Teams is used by everyone at the City of New Braunfels. Teams address the need for communication through one on one or team messaging. Teams also leverages most of the Microsoft 365 applications. When you create a new Team it in turn will create a sharepoint site for that team. It also has the ability to mail enable the team and use it [as] a distribution list.

- Collaboration utilizing Microsoft 365 applications
- Video conferencing with screen sharing
- Management configuration
- Adding and removing members from the admin console can be cumbersome
- Application integration
- Video conferencing with screen sharing
- Secured communication
- For our overall business, it has allowed us to communicate and manage projects without having to pull people into a conference room.
- From a support perspective, the video call and screen share give us the ability to assist users without having to purchase cumbersome and expensive RDP applications.
- The most negative impact is people don't walk around and talk to each other lol.
