Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Microsoft Teams for inter and intra team communication to track progress of project work and also we host some fun activities within Teams. We connect either on audio call, or video call with another colleague one to one to describe any challenges, scope and idea about the Project.

I think Microsoft Team is overall good application for communication, track Project work inter the teams and also intra teams.
I have 7 out of 10 because it needs improvements in certain features like video sharing call, call drop, audio quality and connecting problems even after having good internet connection.

Usability

Microsoft team has some amazing cool features like Whiteboard to organize some fun activities within the team where person draws and guess the drawing anonymously. Another cool feature It has emoji's reaction while having call to express reaction on some ongoing topics or, raise hand feature to being noticed by teammates. Furthermore it helps to track and communicate really well with in person either one to one or in groups.

Likelihood to Recommend

When we have to connect immediately, we can add more people during call without scheduling meeting. Team calendar play an important tole while scheduling call with teammates.
Team is less appropriate when it comes to knowledge sharing via screen sharing mode because video often freezes even after having good internet connection that Microsoft Teams should consider improving.
