Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In the corporate world, in the light of pandemic we needed an application that would help in streamlining work, allow sharing of files on chats and also allow efficient management of work with clients presentation. Earlier we used skype but it did not have all these features but Teams was a perfect choice. It was multiple apps in one and with a very easy UI it allowed us to transition easily

Usability

Teams would be my first choice as a video conferencing application and with everything going virtual this is my go to application. Its zoom + slack like features allows users to experience multiple apps in one rather than having the need to download multiple applications. This way a user will not have to switch between application. Thus due to better usability and better understanding I have given ut that rating

Likelihood to Recommend

Teams allows users to streamline their work by dividing into multiple platforms and this allows the employees to have a clear without the clutter workspace. Due to this it becomes easy to work and also super easy to give client presentation and sharing of multiple documents in different formats across the platform.
