Use Cases and Deployment Scope

With COVID, [Microsoft] Teams has become the core platform we use for all meetings - from 1:1 updates to group meetings to large-scale business unit-wide announcements. We use the video meetings on laptop and mobile, as our only chat platform and as ongoing group discussions for everything from project-centric work to administrative updates.

Support Rating

I can't speak for end-user support from Microsoft, but my help desk has been able to address issues quickly and I believe the support level we have from Microsoft is very good. If things get really wonky, there is usually an update that requires a restart. In the last 18 months I've had only a few incidents and in the worst case I couldn't connect to a meeting and a simple restart of the app or a restart of the laptop addressed it immediately.
