Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is the application which i use for team interaction as both text and video/voice. It is is the best application so far inter/intra communication within the organisation and outside the organisation. Also it is one tool for all things like desktop sharing,file transfer, text and audio/video communication. It is also collaborated with Outlook and other major application for calender and other purpose.
- It is application for communication in terms of text, voice and video
- It is one tool for data sharing or file transfer
- It also works fine for share sharing and meeting scheduled and meeting remainder
- Also integerted with other application like Yammer and organisation
- It behave it needs an improvement in mobile platform, usability of Teams for mobile device is not much friendly
- Voice communication need better software for voice lagging and sometimes voice clarity is not good
- Screen sharing also need refinement, other end user need to wait for more than 10sec for share to display
- One solution for everything organisation needed for employees communication
- This application has evolved alot in terms of features and enhancement, quality and many more
- Only negative i feel is storage it takes for software application and data caching
