Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
I use Teams to interact with my team members daily. Teams is majorly used in our organization to conduct meetings for townhalls, meeting rooms are also used by specific groups.
I use Teams to contact employees to help them with their technical problems over chat or call or a screen share.

Pros
- Integration of Teams meeting via Outlook/Outlook Calendar.
- Integration of chat bots, company website, One Drive and other essential apps.
- Chats, calls, meeting...etc are the strong suites of Teams
- Sharing a file be it online link of sharepoint or a on device file, it does it without any hickups.
Cons
- It works well when it does, but if it starts to stutter it gets worse.
- Improve the integration of Teams meetings via Outlook, Outlook keeps disabling the teams meeting addin due to heavy work load, keep the app minimal to avoid heavy usage errors.
- We moved to the new teams but that is also slow, smoothness has increased but keeps getting slow over time.
- All the employees in our organization use Teams and without it the work gets difficult
- Teams is a must for us to communicate.
We are in the Microsoft Eco-system, so Teams integrates well with our other tools.
We also integrated our company website and IT website to contact me or our IT team.
Without a second doubt, Teams is the application we choose among others and we will continue to use Teams as our daily driver for chats, calls and meetings.
