Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used it constantly as a means to communicate with my coworkers quickly. Microsoft Teams is the usually the best way to reach me throughout the day because I'm on the phone so frequently that my coworker's can't just give me a buzz. Using teams, we can reach each other, and we can also create groups for specific things (Intakes, Settlements, Demands, etc.).

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allows me to turn off notifications or mute certain chats
Allows video conferencing
Constant contact with coworkers

Cons

Sometimes it freezes/won't let me clear notifications
The iOS app needs fixing - very buggy

Return on Investment

I don't think we've had any negative impact from Microsoft Teams.

Usability

The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score is because of the issues I've had with the iOS app. It's a highly functional tool that I use every day at work, but the app can be buggy (fail to update, leave notifications outstanding, not send messages through). Otherwise, it's my main method of communication at work.

Likelihood to Recommend

When I'm on a phone call with an angry client, engaged in settlement negotiations, or dealing with something that requires outside help, it's easy for me to continue the phone conversation while I contact a supervisor/coworker via Microsoft Teams and speak with them for advice/direction online.
