Overall Satisfaction with MindManager
MindManager is my "go to" brainstorming tool. Love organizing my thoughts, strategies, and projects as they expand out from the center goal. The visual definitely promotes my thought creativity. It is a personal tool, as I share it with others, but we have not yet used it as an enterprise tool in our small house non-profit.

Most of our use is in brainstorming, project planning, and goal alignment. This makes it my first tool in strategic planning or cross-functional projects, as team members need to see where their focus fits into the whole.
For example, we focus on human services and care systems, but MindManager gives me a tool to validate and connect other key business objectives that support and sustain our primary mission, and team buy-in is key.

I tried several and felt MindManager was the most intuitive. I did not want too many bells and whistles, at least not as a startup tool, so I could get others to eventually buy into the planning process and common use of a communication tool. For that reason, and for cost, we went with MindManager as our choice.
