Overall Satisfaction with MindManager

Our department uses it to help with PI nursing projects such as accurate patient weights, discharge planning, or patient flow. It allows us to stay organized and present all aspects of the problem and possible solutions to the other team members We plan on expanding its use to other departments in the future and I will assist with the education since I think this is such a valuable tool.

  • Improved quality
  • Improved patient outcomes
This program makes it very visually appealing during presentation to other members of our team. However, for those not familiar, it can seem a bit overwhelming or cumbersome. I believe more members of our team are growing fond of the program due to its organization and presentation ability. Newer members are learning to use it sooner due to its values use.
I have not had an opportunity to use other programs similar to this one at my institution. However, compared to other tools for presentations I find this method appealing and easy to use once the time is taken to learn the program. It’s allows for a lot of information to be presented easily without feeling overwhelmed due to ability to open/close portions as you go along.
It has been extremely valuable In helping with the organization and presentation of performance improvement projects through out our institution. The only problem is due limitations such as sharing graphs, sharing data from these projects can be quiet difficult and other programs wil need to be used which makes for a lot of switching /clicking to different programs in a presentation.
