It helps me with client interactions by creating visuals for account needs, asset movements, and different plans. It's extremely useful for clients who learn in a more visual way instead of using lists. It's also used to lay out processes for ease of reference and for internal processes for the team and business.

I have used this to map out client meetings, organize their assets, build consolidation maps, and show them how their accounts will move and consolidate while quickly showing the calculations. It's an effective net worth tool to show clients their investible assets in a way the clients understand. I can take notes on specific accounts, color-code to show what step we are in the process, and easily show clients which accounts can and can not move.
