MindManager helped me manage multiple projects and to be able to collaborate with others to explain what the project is about and what the goals are. Furthermore, it facilitated the construction of projects by having a visual easy to understand. MindManager has a lot of webinars on its website so you are not left alone to discover how it does work and what you can do with it.

MindManager allows very easily to have a visual representation of a project and store diverse information (documents, email, meeting, folders). Furthermore, the fact that you can easily tag, change place or have a resource affected to an idea allow you to very easily change the architecture of a project if needed without losing information.
