Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Used mainly by R&D but also by Product & Project. We used it mainly to manage SoS processes.

Pros

  • Visibility.
  • Seeing the big picture (relations, etc.)
  • Flexibility.

Cons

  • Users management.
  • Timeline feature.
  • Boards copying.
  • Reduced very complex project completion time.
  • Improved productivity & effectiveness.
I'd add a built in timeline and improve users management
Actually didn't need many integrations.
Was (and still is) a huge success with collaboration especially in cross-team projects, a key factor to bring complex projects to deliver on time.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Visual Studio IDE, Azure DevOps Server (formerly Team Foundation Server)
Almost perfect to manage cross teams/departments projects, great visibility, relations, etc.
