Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is really helpful in different parts of the organization. It's a really convenient way to quickly present information in a visually appealing way and great to collaborate with.

Pros

  • User flows.
  • Sprint planning.
  • Information Architecture.

Cons

  • I can't think of anything.
  • Improved productivity.
  • More focused planning.
  • Better communication.
Nothing that I have thought of too much.
Doesn't integrate with presentation software or other UX software.
It's used in a lot of new projects to help manage people's time. The pre-made sprint planning templates are really helpful to quickly use to help people speak and share.

Yes

I use Figma as well as it is better software for wire framing and prototyping. However, I prefer Miro for planning.
It's great for getting information down quickly in a collaborative space. Less good when presenting ideas as it can often be a big space where you can lose bits of information which can cause frustration.
