Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been a great tool for colleagues from across the company to work together remotely. We've also used it to make external workshops more engaging and interactive. It's amazing how much more insight you can get from everyone voting and adding sticky notes to a Miro board in terms of priorities and pain points than you can get from people talking one at a time. Miro has really changed how we work and with more people working from home, it's been a game-changer for productivity and collaboration.

  • Offers a vast amount of templates to suit every need.
  • Supports collaboration across multiple locations.
  • The export to Excel can be a little clunky and takes a lot of formatting.
  • Supported collaboration with key external stakeholders in an online environment.
  • Helped interactive workshops take place remotely.
Good- but additional guidance might be helpful (links to videos on basic functionality for new users).
I haven't integrated it with other tools.
Fantastically- this is one of the main benefits.

Great for team collaboration, prioritization, and workshopping problems. Not as good when you have large numbers of people who haven't used the tool before and can accidentally move, delete, or amend the layout.
