Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use Miro for brainstorming with internal and external stakeholders. We also use Miro to run collaborative sessions with global teams and get input from multiple team members. We use a lot of the Miro templates as well. Sometimes I find a few features a bit hard to use, especially when working with a large board.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Flexible use of templates is great and very useful.
Ability to collaborate live.
Ability to customize.

Cons

Sometimes with flexibility, there can also be a bit of chaos. It would be good if there were some more parameters for formatting if required by users.
A new user recently needed a lot of help on Miro, maybe more access to help videos/tutorials?

Very well suited for work in progress brainstorming and collaboration. Maybe not as well suited to final external stakeholder presentations.
