Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We require broad collaboration across multiple organizations for the development of a variety of IT/business project resources. Specifically, we're using it for generative process mapping (excellent flowchart/swimlane templates and ability to comment, revise) brainstorming (stickies and intuitive mind-mapping tools) PowerPoint presentations (comments, revisions, version archiving).
  • Templates: an excellent starting place for the development of many types of products and resources.
  • Export: love the ability to convert any piece of your work to pdf, or transfer to a number of different formats - Xls, etc. and add to JIRA tickets.
  • Collaboration: user-friendly and accessible across organizations.
  • Snap to grid - would be awesome to have this feature to reduce finicky formatting of process maps and other objects.
  • Improves productivity--reducing duplication of work and dynamic revisioning.
  • Improves participation--particularly in a virtual setting.
  • Enhances knowledge transfer--all historical documentation is in one place and new resources can quickly come up to speed on the development journey and status of work done to date.
It was simple to onboard and begin implementing with our team. Ease of access provisioning.
Especially enjoy the ability to export to other formats.
We frequently use the whiteboard for lessons learned, brainstorming activities, and encouraging participation in the virtual environment. Excellent.

Miro is so user-friendly that it has quickly become the platform of choice. The templates are always growing and spark new ideas or ways to approach activities and approaches to business problems. I appreciate the ongoing enhancements and the way in which it encourages innovation without overwhelming users.
This tool is particularly well suited for gathering group input, brainstorming, creating/sharing documentation across teams/orgs. Excellent for playing with process/workflows and org design. I prefer it to PowerPoint--although formatting is less robust, it's certainly adequate.
