Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We utilize Miro to share design boards and fit notes/images within our team/categories - this is shared out to our Leadership teams and other Geo's as well. We also use Miro to create mood/concept boards and other various toolbox kits that can then be shared with our factory partners.
  • Digital platform for a season collection.
  • Decreased back and forth emails that can be answered with Miro comments/sticky notes.
  • Presentations are easier and live versus a PDF document that will need to be updated and resent.
  • App function seems to run slow versus the web version.
  • Message notification alerts - can this improve?
  • COVID has made everyone work on a digital platform in one way or another and this tool has been SUPER useful for our needs.
  • The cost of the program is more than some functions have in their budget and have only been able to access the "view only" access which is still great but they cannot comment on the board making the need for more emails! If there was a more cost-efficient option for partners that only need to comment that would be great!
Nothing to say here.
We haven't utilized that tool, it would be great if a representative from Miro could show our team out to better use that tool along with everything else in Miro.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

They both have different aspects that you can't do in one over the other - need both!
It's a great tool to use when sharing boards that one person may work on but other partners need to see and haven't had the ability to do so until Miro. Live updates are another easy access for us however, we seem to be updating multiple outlets when we do this - can there be a plug-in to make it a one-stop place to make updates versus multiple?
