Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is an excellent tool for UI/UX in workshops. Users can immediately follow the perspectives and objectives of project management. With scheduling and the useful templates, it gives a head start. A broad range of templates gives Miro the flexibility to use them for different objectives. In a team workshop, Miro is an excellent tool for collaboration on wireframes, visuals, schemes.
  • Wireframes.
  • Importing screenshots.

  • Documentation.
  • Visual explanation in a team.
  • Scheduling features.
  • Wireframes complex websites.
I really like the start templates that give users an idea of how to use these in a project. An idea is to link to more specific use cases in the title explanation of the templates, like a user journey where you can see some Miro users' implementation and use cases. Onboarding tips and helpful tooltips can be useful.
The integration is useful in some cases. As a stand-alone tool, it is useful in a team bigger than 5. Also in team collaboration for discussing different subjects, it can be useful to use some plugins with easy-to-use concepts and explanations. The integration of other tools and apps is well executed and very useful.
The online whiteboard is a great tool for schemes and explanations of difficult IT architecture or UI/UX explanations. It has helped us to explain different topics and roadmaps in the company. Some tools are well integrated, the workshops work well with tools, and start-to-go templates help a great deal in kicking off projects that are remote.

Figma is also a great tool to use in team collaboration, the UI and UX are less expanded as Miro and once you understand Figma, it is a good combination of a design tool and collaboration tool where Miro is not used as a design tool but more as a conceptual tool and collaboration. The same goes for Adobe XD.
Excellent in team workshops, for design systems it can use some improvement. User flows are also an aspect that can use some improvement. The user experience flows better documented. The prototyping modus needs improvement. Deliverables modus is something that can use some improvement. The workshop modus is well thought through and designed, the collaboration features are easy to use.
