Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has enabled my team to collaborate together effectively while working remotely to map out our ideas and all of our team processes and workflows in order to uncover the pain points and areas of improvement to enable us to target those areas and dedicate the time needed to address them. We know what we need to do and how, so we can focus time and resources on the things that will improve our team the most, rather than potentially spending time on less important tasks.
  • Collaborate remotely.
  • Translate ideas into visual representations.
  • Map processes and workflows in detail.
  • Flexible to be used in many different ways.
  • The interface can be quite busy - it can be a detailed product.
  • Can be tricky getting used to the controls to pan the screen around complex work.
  • Colour scheme is not overly vibrant.
  • Collaborate to define shared objectives.
  • Map workflows and processes to determine improvements.
  • Track tasks and projects easily.
I think there is a lot of detail on the interface. In some ways maybe too much. This is common for a powerful and detailed product, but perhaps there could be some stripped-back interfaces that are a little more "novice" friendly. Other color schemes or visual schemes might be nice, too.
I have not used Miro for intergration as yet.
Miro has been amazing for allowing my team to work collaboratively together while we are working remotely. It allows the team to communicate ideas and document them all in real-time together which is a game-changer. It is not only easy to collaborate on ideas but also easy for everyone to work together on projects by using the board at the same time rather than having control of the board one person at a time.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Mapping processes and workflows, either as an individual or as a team. The whole team can be working on a piece at the same time, with named cursors and different colours employed to tell each user apart. This can be great for discussing parts of the board, using the mouse pointer to highlight things each user is referring to.
