In our company, we use Miro for specific teams, for business, and for developers. Accordingly, business developers are used for plans and brainstorming, and developers for concepts of algorithms and implementations.

  • Bulkiness.
  • Using borders is strongly felt.
  • There is no designer/editor of own templates.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Faster ideation process.
Just follow all the built-in onboarding and check out some YouTube tutorials on the topic. It is not as difficult as it seems, the main thing is to start using it.
You need time for onboarding and also you need to plan onboarding for the rest of your team.
Sure, Miro has a big impact on our organization with their concept, 'cause all our employees are remote.
