Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for assigning tasks, problem-solving, and planning in R&D. It is used in 3 different "threads" - for 1 team and two resources (laboratory facilities).
Pros
- Overview.
- Smooth even when there is a lot of item on the whiteboard.
- It is quite intuitive to use.
Cons
- Perhaps if it had themes - a dark theme would be welcome.
- Tasks are more clear, there is much less confusion. Hard to talk in numbers, but I would say we are 30% more effective, also because of much better communication.
We are a team from across 4 locations and we use it as a communication tool (among other tools). We are however a relatively small team - 5-6 people. I do not know how Miro would function the number of people was considerably bigger.
