Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro boards to organize thoughts/ideas/progress on different collaboative projects.

Pros

  • Organization.
  • Usability.
  • Variety.

Cons

  • Image copy and paste features.
  • Drag feature.
  • Limited text box features.
  • increased organization
  • increased communication in teams
  • better brainstorm sessions
With Miro, it's very easy to share the link with people and implement its use - very user-friendly.
For some people, it is very easy to use and for others, it is hard to learn how to work and navigate the boards. But the training videos available are helpful.
We have teams comprised of members all over the country and Miro allows us to feel like we are all working on the same whiteboard in a room together - seeing live additions and changes to the board has allowed us to have more effective brainstorm meetings.

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We were not using anything like this before Miro.
Miro is great for displaying progress and organizing information. It is really great to use with multiple different people working on one project. It is a little finicky when it comes to copying and pasting images or dragging around the board. I think that it gives you free rein to design and organize the boards how you see fit, but I would love the option of pre-made templates to use as a base.
