Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My team is using it primarily for brainstorming, collaborating and thought sharing.

Pros

  • Quick drafting of simple ideas and concepts.
  • Real-time collaboration with others.
  • Integration with different tools.

Cons

  • Some features for detailed graphics are missing, which is expected of this type of tool. Compared to PowerPoint and Lucid Chart, etc.
  • SSO experience on mobile devices (iPad) and applications are not great.
  • Increase efficiency in document and thought sharing.
Miro's mobile app and desktop client are glorified web browsers and don't provide any additional value. SSO experience is subpar.
We don't have much integration enabled with our Miro instance yet, but I can see the features are there and available.
We primarily use it as a tool for brainstorming sessions and content sharing, which helps A LOT for collaboration. You can see the movement of people in near real-time, which is an awesome feature, like being in person.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Easier to use than comparable tools like Lucidchart and Office 365. Some of the features in graphic design is better in other tools than Miro. Interface for graphic design isn't most intuitive where other tools have had more time to tune.
Miro is good for brainstorming w/ many others and interactive sessions for thought sharing.
