Overall Satisfaction with Miro

As far as I know, all departments in the company are using Miro (like the Finance, Pricing, Legal, Product, and Development teams). No issues so far with Miro, everything is super friendly and easy to work (the only thing they have to know is how to drag and drop objects).

Pros

  • Wonderful templates.
  • Track the time with nice sounds.
  • Integrating with Jira and the other apps makes life easier during refinement and planning meetings.
  • Planning poker.
  • Unlimited board for tracking all of the retrospectives that tell us where we were and now where we stand.
  • Dot voting, sticky notes, story mapping.

Cons

  • I don't have any wishes. I love Miro and all functionalities are working great.
  • Also, Miro is a wonderful tool for visualizing the epic and story mapping without any limitations. Everyone on the team can contribute to the board and bring their ideas and solutions, which has enabled the team to have better collaboration and increase everyone's engagement. As a result, Miro helped me a lot to be able to hold meetings effectively.
  • Miro provides us with an unlimited whiteboard, which is beneficial for tracking the team's retrospectives. We can easily track all actions items we have committed and review them on one board.
  • Hold several interactive workshops online.
I rated 10, because before using Miro, my life as a scrum master was hard, and now, due to corona with every meeting being held online, this app gives lots of opportunities to handle and moderate meetings in an efficient way. So, in a nutshell, Miro makes life easier for everyone who uses this amazing app.
Integration with Jira which helped us to bring Jira issues easily into Miro.
We do have team members all around the world, and with Miro, we can easily collaborate together via the unlimited board.

Lots of different templates give you a great insight on how to hold meetings in an effective way with time management. Everything is in one unlimited board. It's just amazing.
