Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by many engineering teams in our organization. It seems to be very helpful in collecting people's ideas, comments, etc. It's very easy to use and a very effective tool as a whiteboard. Its interface is very user-friendly and needs little training for a new team member.

Miro is very well suited to brainstorming new ideas with the team before finalizing a decision. To my understanding, Miro may not be very helpful in drawing/jotting down complex process flows as it doesn't have an appropriate toolset/bar to suit the purpose. With the appropriate tools, it may be a perfect tool.
