Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My department is using Miro as a tool to assist in our continuous improvement by creating a board where we can map processes and collaborate with team members.

Pros

  • User friendly.
  • Visually appealing.
  • Great tools.

Cons

  • At this stage, I am still navigating and participating in training so I am not sure.
  • We have gained efficiency.
  • Working remotely this tool has been fantastic for collaborating.
No, not at this stage.
I have this rating only because our ICT Team is recommending the product and consequently they wouldn't be if it didn't measure up to integration. As previously noted, I am just in my learning phase.
This has been a saviour and is one of the main reasons why we are using the product.

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro out classed Trello. We do use Pipefy as our way to manage our process flow so it complements it well.
Miro is well suited to seeking the active participation of staff to collaborate and find solutions to problems.
