Overall Satisfaction with Miro

A good tool for online collaboration. Lots of possibilities, so some training is necessary. Many format templates are already included. Very nice is the possibility to prepare everything before a meeting and thus use interactive elements that would not be possible in a face-to-face meeting or generate a lot of effort. However, good preparation and the time associated with it remain important. The handling is easy but not always intuitive. Users who do not have an affinity for technology can quickly become frustrated without instruction.

  • Training Simulations.
  • PC resource usage.
  • Handling.
  • UI Scaling.
  • Basically, the tool itself has no impact, but you may save some costs for travelling.
There is still some room for improvement here. The resource consumption is quite high and the complexity makes it feel sluggish at times.
The technical implementation is extremely simple. However, the introduction requires some practice and training for the users. Especially for non-technical personnel.
It helped to maintain our standards during the pandemic without the possibility to meet in person.

Miro is well suited for longer, complex, and well-prepared sessions. Too complex to use for quick meetings in between.
