Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The majority of the organization now is aware of it, but it is still used regularly by only a portion of the organization that is more involved with projects and our Agile Transformation. It helps with collaboration and documentation but is a large departure from the way that we have historically conducted business internally.
  • Flexible.
  • Real-time collaboration, especially while remote.
  • Centralized archive.
  • Not intuitive for an old-schooler like me.
  • Better collaboration.
  • Allows for project prioritization.
  • Good replacement for whiteboard activity, especially while working remotely.
I am a late adopter at my company, so it is hard for me to get up to speed while others are using the tool very efficiently around me.
The tool has definitely improved our collaboration and ability to prioritize projects. It also appears to be helping with project efficiency and completion.

Group collaboration works well within the tool. For older, less flexible users like me, it takes a lot of time to get comfortable with the tool and use it efficiently. It is a bit overwhelming when a new user is trying to use it at the same time as seasoned users that are much more familiar with the tool.
