Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is being used throughout the organization. Due to COVID-19, face-to-face education and workshops have become difficult, so the utilization of Miro is increasing. As a DBS Leader, I am actively using Miro for education and events necessary for the growth and development of the organization. In the case of education, for example, it is very useful. When many people are working online at the same time, if you make a good general framework, you can efficiently check the opinions of many people at the same time. These actions allow you to come to an agreement and move quickly to the next step.

- I wish the timer function was stronger.
- I wish there was a detection function for attendee attendance.

It was a really good tool when collaborating on new projects. It was accessible and could be updated whenever an idea came to mind. You could also share your thoughts and get feedback via email. When you are thinking about the direction your organization is pursuing if you make a Miro board and invite people.
