Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used for virtual brainstorm sessions, especially for empathy mapping and consumer journey mapping. It is used across the organization but is utilized most frequently by CX and UX professionals. It helps address user experience pain points, helps secure and document multiple opinions and ideas from a wide variety of users, and helps visually display the consumer journeys.

Miro is well suited for virtual brainstorms, team activities, journey mapping, customer experience pain point recognition. It's less suited for prototyping. For new users, navigation and input can be tricky. In my experience, it's not very ideal for managing an entire project.
