Miro is used for virtual brainstorm sessions, especially for empathy mapping and consumer journey mapping. It is used across the organization but is utilized most frequently by CX and UX professionals. It helps address user experience pain points, helps secure and document multiple opinions and ideas from a wide variety of users, and helps visually display the consumer journeys.
