Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is an amazing collaboration tool, especially for teams that are in a virtual environment. The platform is easy to use, offers numerous template options and unmatched real-time collaboration features. Real-time editing, comments, etc. is very easy -- you can even see where someone's cursor is on the screen at any given time. You can also tag people in comments as well.

- Pricing options are hard to understand.
- Improved collaboration for virtual teams.
It has significantly helped our ability to collaborate with remote workers and remote teams.
