Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro within our team to manage strategy development and to run workshops. Since beginning to work remotely, using Miro has been so useful. We can make progress that just wouldn't be possible on a call. It's easy to use and everyone in the team quickly learned the in's and out's of the program. We will keep using Miro into the future as it's become a tool that's really valued by the team.

Pros

  • Great for brainstorming ideas with post-its.
  • Allows input from all team members.
  • Can be used with external participants seamlessly.

Cons

  • It can be hard to zoom and move around the board.
  • Allowed us to develop our strategy faster and in a more inclusive way.
  • Allowed us to run large external workshops and get input from everyone.
The implementation went smoothly. People quickly picked up how to use Miro with a little instruction. It would be good to have some instructional video if any exist?
It was a slight learning curve, but not too bad really. Everyone has successfully been able to use it.
It's made it far easier, especially as we are all working from home and haven't been able to see each other face-to-face. We can get ideas down so much faster and waste far less time on calls.

We haven't used anything else like Miro.
It's great for big team meetings/workshops when you want to get ideas from the whole team. I can't think of anything specific where it is less suited.
