Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use a Consultant license if we require Miro for a project. This is perfect both in terms of features (more than sufficient to cover client workshops) as well as in terms of flexibility, as we are able to put the subscription on hold in case we do not have a project for which we need Miro. As a consequence of the pandemic, a lot of our clients have requested (and are still requesting) virtual workshops - which is such an easy feat with Miro. Although physical workshops are still preferred by most clients, virtual workshops with Miro are easier to prepare as you do not require to print out any materials and, hence, don't have the - often last-minute - hassle of sorting everything out.
Pros
- Collaborative features.
- Integrations with other tools.
Cons
- Security (our current client does not allow Miro).
- Improved lock vs unlock functionality.
- Improved folder structure for managing boards.
- Improved workshop quality.
- Reduced time to prepare workshops.
- Ability to easily gather input from multiple stakeholders.
The virtual workshops greatly improved.
