Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It's currently being used across the whole organization, in regards to product design. The stage where Miro is most useful is during the brainstorming period, as users can collaboratively not down notes across a vast canvas and be able to interact with these. Miro is also used for low fidelity prototyping as it provides easy wireframing features.
  • Collaboration.
  • Wireframing.
  • Brainstorming tools.
  • Making the program smoother.
  • Dark/Light theming options.
  • Group comments bar.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improvised project completion time.
  • Higher levels of collaboration.
Upon implementing Miro, we noticed that a higher level of collaboration was present during projects, as colleagues were more willing to use Miro to better communicate, brainstorm, and integrate upon the ideas of each other. Miro was also widely chosen for its clean design UI and simple to use tools, mostly requiring a user to drag and drop.
Miro was very easy to integrate into the working environment especially for it being a web program and requiring little setup time. This excess time manifested itself into periods where users would learn the product and its various functions, as well as be able to assist others. Miro also came with a standalone application too which was very accessible to access.
It allowed for greater means of cooperation, as everyone is able to see one another's notes. They have both an overview of the notes (at the expense of illegibility) and the ability to see each notepad individually by zooming in. All these together helped users to make comments on each note and better improve productivity in projects.

The Google suite offers real-time collaboration and allows many collaboration features such as Comments, Suggest Edits, and a sidebar used for communication among users. Due to this, I would say that they are mostly catered for the literary aspects of work projects. Miro on the other hand is more suited towards design and creation.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Adobe PhotoShop, Zoom
The cases where Miro is most suited would be ones where a high level of collaboration and iteration is in place. Scenarios such as needing to brainstorm the problem definition and possible considerations are where Miro performs its best, allowing users to all come together and comment on the ideas of colleagues. Miro is less appropriate for more high fidelity works as it is often shadowed by-products such as the Adobe suite.
