Try Miro! Improve your team collaboration!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to easily interact with the other team members. It is a great tool for online collaboration because everything discussed is written down and explained with charts and workflows at the same moment. In this way, we don't lose time getting further aligned about what the production process flow should be. I strongly recommend Miro when you work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Pros
- Describing process flows.
- User stories description.
- Nice charts and diagrams.
Cons
- Make separate areas for user stories and mind mapping.
- Product management tools should be separated from project management.
- Recently used charts should be easily accessible.
- Great team collaboration.
- Improved productivity (saves lots of time).
- Better communication and visibility on the project.
I work in a big international company. Our IT team has offices in 7 countries and sometimes we work together with 3 distributed teams within one project. Miro has a great impact as we collaborate and discuss in real-time everything about the project and at the same time we make chart flows, mind maps, and use other project templates.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I think that Miro has a better UI and is easier to use. Templates are well organized and easy to navigate and use. For mind-mapping, creating user stories, or creating process flows I prefer using Miro. Exporting to PDF, images, saving to templates is very easy and useful. Miro provides the ultimate user experience and team collaboration.
