Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is fantastic at helping us keep organised and expressing our thoughts during sprint rituals. It allows all members of the team to collaborate and analyse how we have achieved our goals, and what aspects and behaviours we could improve upon.
  • Allows multiple users to collaborate on the same board at once.
  • Lots of easy-to-use design tools to arrange the boards.
  • Sometimes when clicking on a text area it's not obvious whether the user will be typing into it or moving it around the board.
  • We don't have exact numbers, but it has made our team's retrospectives and other rituals go much smoother, saving time and allowing us to reflect on more aspects.
No integration into our systems was needed, it's just a matter of opening the page and contributing.
My team hasn't yet used Miro to collaborate on new projects, but I can easily imagine that it would make everything much easier.

The Miro boards are well suited for teams that are working remotely and are especially useful for sprint rituals (e.g. retrospectives). Though I haven't used it for them, I imagine it would also be useful for planning and designing new features. Essentially for any sort of collaboration where you would use a whiteboard, but remotely.
