Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have used it mainly for collaborative sessions in global activities that involved stakeholders from different regions. It was mainly aimed at brainstorming. I'm not aware of it being used by other teams but I have used it outside this specific job for Product Development and interactions with Developer teams.
- Generating interaction between teammates.
- Brainstorming sessions.
- Collaboration.
- Defining priorities for specific situations.
- Navigating is a bit harder when the board becomes too big (I'm aware of the map functionality, I just think moving around could be improved).
- Improved productivity
- Improved Collaboration
- Improved visibility between different areas
We are not actively using it on a daily or weekly basis. I was used in a specific group session which was really interesting but didn't repeat. I have used the tool on my own on side projects for this exact purpose and it has become an integral part of weekly interactions.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly) and Google Jamboard
I have just started using Mural and it looks and feels really similar to Miro. Hadn't had the time to deep dive but for now, I'm more familiar with using Miro. I also tried using Google Jamboard but it is so basic (at least the version I have) that I just stopped trying at the first interaction with it.
