Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for our student staff training. It is used across our department of about 100 students and professionals. We mainly use it to help facilitate some of our training sessions (we have fun a full un-conference utilizing Miro to replace our in-person sessions), however, student staff have gotten VERY creative with it, using it for sociograms, portfolios of their work, and for their own educational programming.

It was a bit of a bumpy start trying to get all of our set with an educational account... It would be cool to have them sign up and have a temp 7-day guest set up while they started using it until their approval.
Since we work with college students, it was a bit of a struggle to get them 'on board' with new initiatives. Our professional leadership team was THRILLED to see how we utilized the software and it started being used more across our university campus. Once things got going and we got everyone on board, it really took off for us and we were able to use it more and more as the term progressed.
As mentioned earlier, we were able to use Miro to run an entire Un-conference. It has helped us host our training from wherever. We use Miro in conjunction with Zoom/Teams which is incredibly helpful.

It works FANTASTICALLY with students. It easily has to be one of the best software we've used since the beginning of the pandemic and it has been very helpful in keeping our team engaged despite having to use technology more heavily than we have had to use it in the past.
