Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Most departments, and it's a favorite due to the ease of collaboration and learning curve being very short. We host a lot of workshops and discuss projects in early-stage development using it, as well as compiling research findings and doing the planning. The templates are very useful and we also have some of our own created. It links directly with our wiki service, so people can browse boards without having to link out of the page too.
  • Collaborative work.
  • Templates provided.
  • Connection to other services.
  • Logged-out customers aren't locked out by default.
  • Editing capabilities for text limited.
  • Keeping proportions when resizing images and post-its can be tricky.
  • Template browsing and discovery could be improved - when clicking on something, doesn't retain state when going back to the full list.
  • Improved async work.
  • Democratized access and participation in brainstorming sessions.
  • Incentives for cross-team working sessions, leveling the playing field.
Ability to connect to our wiki is paramount for adoption success.
No need for login to see boards makes it easier to get started quickly in collab sessions.
Democratized cross-geo access and leveled the playing field, so everyone can collaborate with ease.

FigJam is too fidgety, and not as instinctive. It is more limited in what it can do and has no templates.
