Overall Satisfaction with Miro

The whole organization uses it. we use it to organize flows, to do some dynamics, to register brainstormings, to work together, to organize the teams. It really helps us to think, and talking about home office, it was essential.

No, I really like it and will miss it if someday it was not available to our time anymore.
Sometimes it can not just copy and paste to other places, so it's a little frustrating having to write everything again.
It impacted 100%. Our communication was much easier with it. Once were not in an office anymore, there are no post-its or whiteboards to help us to create, think and resolve things. Miro fills this gap.

Yes

Miro is great to work on collaborative projects remotely. It helps us to organize things, expose ideas, and think together. I just do not recommend it to documentation, as it can be changed without registering, and sometimes, can be hard to find where you wrote on the board.
