Only used by some departments. We use Miro as a collaborative platform for workshops and brainstorming.
- Brainstorming on issues, generating ideas.
- Structuring and prioritizing items.
- Filling up templates like customer journeys and persona templates.
- Sometimes we move items accidentally, it's not easy to switch between viewing and editing mode.
- Improved productivity for remote collaboration.
