Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Only used by some departments. We use Miro as a collaborative platform for workshops and brainstorming.
  • Brainstorming on issues, generating ideas.
  • Structuring and prioritizing items.
  • Filling up templates like customer journeys and persona templates.
  • Sometimes we move items accidentally, it's not easy to switch between viewing and editing mode.
  • Improved productivity for remote collaboration.
Easy to paste in pictures.
Miro helped to work remotely during COVID-19.

Miro is easier to use for quick typing.
It's appropriate in scenarios listed in previous questions. Not the best choice for large groups. With lots of participants, it is easy to be lost and hard to find the right places to work on.
