Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am currently using it to do qualitative analysis in my research project, such as thematic analysis. The post-its and mind-maps are helpful for keeping track of our work and collaborating.
Pros
- Collaborative brainstorming.
- Presenting design plans.
- Organizing data (themes, topics).
Cons
- Limited color choices - sometimes I run out of colors when I try to color code things.
- Sometimes slow and lagging when there are a lot of collaborators.
- Some functionalities are not intuitive for older collaborators.
- Less cost for tools like post-its, whiteboards, etc.
- Allow easy collaborative work during the pandemic.
- Convenient for team members to work asynchronously.
Yes. When team members have conflicting schedules, Miro helps us collaborate, asynchronously. During the pandemic, it's especially crucial for doing collaborative work.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Google Slides have fewer tools and templates. In a way, it's more flexible. But if you know you want to use specific features, like mind-mapping or post-its, then Miro is better.
