Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is used globally across teams and departments as the key tool for virtual collaboration boards. It provides the power of the whiteboard and more, together with the global reach of online meetings and collaboration.

Pros

  • Enables collaboration.
  • Support workshop facilitation.
  • Capture outcomes.

Cons

  • Access management and adding guests with names is too difficult.
  • Board navigation and usage are not easy for all users.
  • Less travel to meet.
  • Digitalize the whiteboard.
  • Capturing ideas.
The biggest issue is the problem-free onboarding of guests and collaborators. It often causes problems and new users have difficulty navigating the board and using tools.
Due to the issues onboarding guests and first-time users, it is a little difficult to secure a good experience in workshops with a mixed participation capability.
It's a great enabler of virtual collaboration.

Collaboration and workshops where participants break out into groups and reconvene in plenary. It also works great for collaboration the span over a longer time - days, weeks, months.
