Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to conduct remote meetings, plan design charettes, and review our work amongst teammates. The digital platform makes collaboration easy and flexible for remote workers. We lay out our Miro board in a similar way to how our team is structured, with individual boards for each group. This allows teams to have separate spaces to work on their deliverables before presenting with the rest of the group.
Pros
- Digital collaboration and remote working.
- Organizing media and content.
- Mobile apps and desktop apps.
Cons
- Multi-user sharing, permissions, and teams layouts.
- Handwriting on the mobile app.
- Supported file types, max upload sizes.
- Better collaboration from remote workplaces.
- Improved team's ability to see all ideas.
- Increased productivity to layout tasks and project contents.
It has been a really powerful transition to using Miro. Microsoft whiteboard is not nearly as powerful or useful. Having multiple boards and panels for individual teams and projects is very helpful.
