Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been very useful when running workshops, break-out sessions, and training sessions virtually. It encourages engagement and information gathering and helps us to visualise outcomes. It is particularly useful for mapping business processes and gathering user requirements, as we have been unable to run these workshops in person due to travel restrictions.
  • Encourages engagement in meetings and workshops.
  • Easy to use and user-friendly.
  • Outputs can be visualised and distributed to meeting participants.
  • Can't think of anything to improve.
  • Reduced travel time costs as workshops can be held virtually with participants joining from various countries.
Implementation is well thought out, with new features regularly being added and a roadmap of future improvements.
Easy to use in a browser so it integrates well with our existing tools. We often use it in conjunction with an MS Teams meeting.
Miro is used extensively within our organisation for virtual collaborations scenarios e.g. team meetings, user workshops, training sessions, break-out sessions within a virtual conference, etc. It makes it easy to collaborate with a large group of people in such scenarios.

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Mural and MS Whiteboard are also used for virtual collaboration scenarios, though I personally prefer using Miro because of how easy it is to use.
Very useful for virtual workshops, team meetings, and training sessions. As a business analyst, my role often involves gathering requirements from users as well as documenting business processes - Miro has been a valuable tool for these virtual sessions.
