An idea of how Miro changed our way to prepare meetings
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
My company uses Miro as a virtual board to create and coordinate sessions of design thinking with external customers. The whole organization has access to this tool, but a small number of resources use it daily. This team of advisors creates boards online to support meetings, ideas development, content strategy preparation sessions, and, rarely, as a tool to manage internal projects and resources. We use Miro to achieve new ideas and to find a friendly way to collect information during meetings.
Pros
- Creation of disruptive and beautiful frames.
- Voting of ideas.
- Collection of ideas and impression.
Cons
- Organization of the boards.
- Prebuilt templates.
- Zoom features.
- Meeting are easier and productive with Miro boards.
- Less activities time consuming (e.g. re-write post it on excel or word).
- Increase productivity and collaboration in real time.
The tool helps us with our activities with external customers daily. We can collaborate in real-time, even if we are in a different location. Thanks to the features in Miro, we can collaborate without editing together the same objects, furthermore, we can use Miro on different devices and be always up to date with news.

- MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
Price and pricing policies in respect of other tools. The pricing policies were more interesting for our number of licensed users (a small group that has to coordinate multiple external guests). Features in detail; the number of integration with other tools is quite interesting and the type of integration reflected most of the management tools we normally use. Usability discussing with our customers. They told us that Miro is extremely friendly and intuitive. We tried using Miro in various workshops successfully.
