Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in various departments and teams primarily for the collaboration of virtual teams when defining problem statements and brainstorming solutions.
  • Provides real-time updates that everyone can see.
  • Allows anyone to edit existing content, and shows who made the updates.
  • Has a number of design tools and templates to get started quickly.
  • Sometimes freezes or lags (likely due to variable internet connections or bandwidth).
  • Even more design tools and widgets.
  • Navigation using a small screen is a little cumbersome.
  • Improved collaboration productivity.
  • Reasonable team cost.
  • Easy to get up and running fairly quickly with the tool.
Implementation was easy as it is web-based, and access is simple to share with others.
Not really aware of how Miro integrates with other tools, as we have used it primarily as a stand-alone tool.
Good for team collaboration where everyone is remote. Good for an idea parking lot, as it allows you to use a large canvas and scroll where you need to. Not as good if the audience size is large and has too many people trying to make updates all at the same time.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes
