Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro where I did my internship before which is Arçelik, and for school projects. In Arçelik the whole department was using Miro. It was quite enjoyable to get feedback from people and to work with them. We were using Miro for UI&UX which we made interface mockups (sketches) and interface interactions. We did not face to face any problem in Arçelik, but in my university (school projects) we could not use Miro efficiently because some lecturers do not know how to use it. That is why in every step I had to explain what they should do.
  • Quick collaborative working.
  • Research analyse.
  • Creating appropriate templates.
  • Sketch.
  • Content loading is quite slow.
  • Need some icons.
  • The interface could be better.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved creativity.
  • Improved communication.
No, I do not. Maybe the interface could be better.
Because it is easy to use.
In Arçelik, I was a remote worker and there were multiple teams and departments. I do not have any time to call someone to give or get feedback. It was challenging. That is why I write all my comments their Miro board or my colleagues write my Miro board. Miro makes work easier and faster.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

In the design process, first, we sketch and get feedback from them. after that product design is finished with multiple revisions. Then the production process starts which is executed by another department. At this time whole departments and workers should be in communication. That is why Miro is well suited in the design process.
