Great for collaborative work on any business projects
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use MIRO extensively in a number of circumstances including:
- Brainstorming sessions with our clients.
- MIRO is used to create mind-maps which then can be easily shared across the team.
- Website maps development - collaborative teamwork of creating the top-level structure of a new website. MIRO doc is then used to brief UI and UX designers.
- Project flow and schemes development.
- MIRO has great graphic functionality to draw models and schemes.

Pros
- Mindmaps.
- Templates for CJM, Service Blueprint, etc.
- Business process modeling.
Cons
- More organised and easy to create mind maps (reference here is XMind).
- Confusing settings for whiteboards (who is the owner, sharing options, etc).
- Allowed to work collaboratively from remote locations.
- Improved image of the business as we shared it as a best-case example with the partners.
It empowered collaborative work. Would have been an issue to collaborate without Miro.

Miro is great because it offers free functionality which is great for small projects and teams. Also great for collaborative work. Also allows to customise literally all elements.
